Who am i

I live in Brazil, I'm 20 years old and I'm a music student. I was exposed to music from my mother's womb because of my parents, who work in the singing business in bars, concerts and parties. I grew up listening to different genres of music and from an early age I became interested in this area. It was when I picked up my first instrument that my true passion for the world of music began to blossom.As time went by, I discovered other fascinating areas besides live music, such as composition, production, mixing, mastering and much more. I went further and explored voice acting and the behind-the-scenes creation of films, their soundtracks and sound effects. I dove deeper and deeper into these areas and so the world of sound became an integral part of who I am. Today, I have become the person I always dreamed of being in the past.

My experience really began with Singing, I've been singing since I was little because of my parents, and over time I've become a professional at it, so I've been singing for over 13 years. Starting in 2018, I began Producing Music and Sound Desigining for friends and "small" studios, which made me fit into the area of production and composition, thus having almost 6 years of experience with musical composition. I began to dive into Audiovisual Direction and Audio Engineering from 2020, having done several test projects and improving little by little, even carrying out projects in an extremely agile way, delivering completely mixed songs in matters of up to 3 days or less. I have 8 years of general experience.

Then, as the years went by, I discovered the existence of other areas in which I knew what to do, but just didn't know the name to enter into contracts, such as Game Designer, Audiovisual Director, Head Developer, Community Manager, among others. As a result, I was being recommended by friends for small jobs, and as time went by, I realized that I was already on another path besides sound, and so I ended up doing more in-depth research in order to become more professional and create a portfolio to bring together all my experiences that I ended up having, not only in these, but also as a director in the others in which I participated, as I have always dealt with teams and managed people in general, thus building up a wide range of professional experience.

If you agree to continue with the service, I will assume that you agree to the terms described below this message.1. Violation of Terms:
Violation of these terms may result in the client being permanently banned from my services, and, in severe cases, may lead to legal action. Payment made by the client is non-refundable in the event of a severe violation of these terms. However, if the violation occurs during the negotiation stage and I have already received payment for 50% of the service, I will refund the initial payment. If a severe violation occurs after the commencement of the commission and a significant amount of time has elapsed since its initiation, no refund will be provided.2. Resale and Pass on:
It is strictly prohibited to resell or pass on purchased products or services to third parties. If someone shows interest, direct referral to my platform is encouraged.3. Respect and Tolerance:
I do not tolerate disrespect, racism, or any form of prejudice. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of services.4. Customer Privacy:
Client personal information is confidential and will never be disclosed to third parties.5. Third Party Disclosure:
The advertising of other services or products without prior authorization is not permitted.6. Partner Misconduct:
Any misconduct on the part of the client does not reflect on my work. Any incidents should be reported directly to me for investigation and appropriate resolution.7. File Format
I accept and deliver files in MP3 or WAV format, to ensure compatibility at the time of processing. If you need a specific format, please let me know during negotiations.8. Shipping Responsibility:
I am not responsible for the locations where the client sends their files. The client's responsibility includes ensuring that the file does not fall into the wrong hands after sending.9. File Storage:
3 days after acceptance and delivery, I do not store files. The client's responsibility includes storing the files, and I am not responsible for subsequent loss.10. Delivery Time:
Varies depending on the request. The deadline will be defined during negotiation, and weekends do not count as working days within the deadline, even if I am able to provide updates or complete services during those times.11. Payment:
Payment must be made in two types: 50% before delivery of the service and 50% after delivery or Full in Advance(That's for Short-Term commissions), Long-Term commissions will have their prices negotiated in a considerably additive way, because there is a more sophisticated priority time for a given project. Values will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis. I only accept after completion in verified Robux groups (which are enabled to pay within 3-4 days after joining the group).12. Additional Services:
Additional services beyond the standard commission scope will be discussed and negotiated on an individual basis.13. Advance Payment:
The initial payment must be made in advance before the deadline and project begins.14. Significant Revisions:
Throughout the service process until completion, I make endless revisions until the quality and results are confirmed. After delivery, Two full revisions only are included after completion. Additional revisions may be subject to additional fees.15. Refund:
Once the project has started, there will be no refunds, only in the event of: I go over the deadline, or I cancel the commission for personal reasons.16. Delivery of Products:
Final products will be delivered as agreed, in a format accessible to the customer.17. Change in Terms:
The terms will always be open to change in order to improve the work.
